SKY WHEELS are joyful paintings meditating on our experiences of chaos and order. These emotionally charged multi-layered abstractions are painted with acrylic and latex enamel paints and include drawing with charcoal, crayon and oil pastel as well as collage elements. Their exuberant markings are held in a spatial order by my close control of color and placement of the sky wheel forms.
However we choose to approach it, creating order from chaos is everyone's daily business. Chaos and Cosmos, all we do. The SKY WHEEL paintings joyfully embody that eternal interplay.
